Custom Waiver App
Fledgling built a custom, cloud-based Waiver App that integrates with the client's Wordpress website and Ontraport (CRM platform).
Background
Client purchased a chain of trampoline parks in Japan, and needed to create a custom app that would allow customers to submit their waiver forms online.
Update: the client was so happy with the Waiver App that they hired us again when they needed a new Point-of-Sale App!
Problem
Before Fledgling, Client’s customers used a legacy waiver system that had all the contact information siloed in a database that was not easily accessible. The legacy system was also not user-friendly, and required customers to fill out multiple pages of forms in order to submit a waiver.
Client wanted to make the process easier for customers to complete, and wanted the waiver data integrated with their Ontraport CRM.
Solution
Fledgling built a waiver application hosted on Google App Engine that would replace the legacy system. It featured a single waiver page, streamlining the process for Client’s customers, and also deeply integrated customer data with Ontraport.
Customers could use the same email address each time they needed to complete a waiver (each waiver was good for one year), and the waiver app would prefill their info from the CRM to streamline the process even more for returning customers.
Often Client’s customers would bring their children (or grandchildren) and their friends to the trampoline park, and the waiver app would allow them to list the children on the waiver as well, and would keep a record of the guardian relationship between the parent and the children. This made it easier for the client to lookup waivers in the future, as well as to measure the rate of return customers (children) even if different guardians took them at different times.
